Bill Maher floats the idea of a John Fetterman presidential run.
“Gosh, it’s so crazy, it just might work,” he said after a three-minute fawning session over the Pennsylvania senator.
Maher calls Fetterman the Democratic Party’s Trump, saying he connects with everyday Americans because he “talks like them.”
“The Democrats need to find their Trump. Not the authoritarian part, but the part where a politician bonds with everyday Americans because he talks like them.
“The good news for Democrats is they have that guy, and his name is John Fetterman.”
