GOP Congressman Randy Fine has fired back at Governor Ron DeSantis, implying that DeSantis is targeting him and Rep. Hillary Cassel because they are Jewish.
Speaking with Jav Manjarres from The Floridian, Rep. Fine said:
“I do find it troubling that the two politicians in Florida that he has chosen to take issue with in a very vitriolic way the last few weeks are both Jewish,”

Fine also defended newly Republican Congresswoman Hillary Cassel, saying, “Obviously she’s not going to be as conservative as everyone else,” talking about her recent switch from the Democrat party. He added, “Do we want to be a niche party or a big tent party?”
Political commentator Candace Owens found it ironic that Fine accused DeSantis of anti-Semitism, saying, “The dude literally put on a yarmulke. I love you, Israel.”
She went on to mock DeSantis further, joking, “Is Ron going to have to go to prison under his own laws that he passed?”
Owens laughed at the notion that despite DeSantis’s strong pro-Israel stance, he’s still being accused of anti-Semitism simply for criticizing a Jewish lawmaker.
