A bombshell report has been issued by the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, reviewing the response and preparedness by the United States government to the pandemic.
The 525-page report confirms the suspicions many sceptics had from the beginning, from the lab-leak theory to the effectiveness of the vaccine.
The most damning claim that came to light in the report was the confirmation that gain-of-function research was happening at the Wuhan lab, and that U.S. taxpayer dollars were used to facilitate the research through a company called EcoHealth Alliance Inc.
Earlier this year, the President of EcoHealth Alliance Inc., Dr Peter Daszak, testified before the subcommittee and falsely denied that EcoHealth had ever conducted gain-of-function research. Daszak played semantics with the definition of "gain-of-function" to avoid admitting to the fact that the Wuhan lab was modifying coronavirus to have advance activity.
The subcommittee also found that the laws and regulations applied in response to the outbreak were not based in science and caused a massive uptick in public distrust.
Social distancing was 'not based in science', there was no conclusive evidence that masks effectively protected people from COVID-19, and lockdowns caused immeasurable harm to the economy and the mental and physical health of Americans (particularly younger citizens).
Regarding the vaccine, the subcommittee found that, contrary to what was promised, the COVID-19 vaccine did not stop the spread or transmission of the virus. Vaccine mandates were also not supported by science and caused more harm than good.

The findings of this report have been known for years, and some people are frustrated that the committee is not doing more to hold government officials accountable for the damage done to society in the name of public health.
One user wrote, "Nowhere is it expressly stated who will be held accountable for anything, almost as if this is the same old lip service that’s led to the present state of righteous disdain for politicians pretending to represent the people."
The report claims to offer a 'path forward' but how can people move forward without those involved being held accountable? The only person condemned in this report was Dr Peter Daszak, and while he may be guilty of misusing NIH funds, there are dozens of other health officials that orchestrated the lockdowns and forced vaccines. What about the media, the pharmaceutical companies, the head of the FDA and NIH?
It's a small step towards justice, but an example needs to be made so that something like this never happens again.
