A man, from the City of Hamm in Germany, accused his female colleague of allegedly raping him at a Christmas Party, now she has been acquitted.

The alleged incident took place last December at a bar where employees from a youth facility were celebrating their end of year party. According to the alleged victim, a 24-year-old man, his female colleague, 27, was kissing him and later pressured him into sex in a bathroom stall.

Here's what the man said in court (roughly translated from German): "She simply unzipped my pants. Then she pulled up her dress. I couldn't defend myself." After talking to his mother and a colleague, he decided to press charges.

The man reported the incident four days later to the police, and the allegation resulted in the woman losing her job without notice.

The woman denies all allegation apart from the kisses, and claims that the encounter was consensual. The woman found out about the accusations when she received a termination letter from her employer.

The court hearing was scheduled on Wednesday (Dec 10), and lasted only three hours. The woman was acquitted, with the judge commenting that the accuser's statement were difficult to reconcile with witnesses, and that his statement alone was not enough for a conviction.
