Why Are Leftist Defectors Like Sam Altman at the White House?

Altman wasn't just a Democrat supporter, he was actively working on and funding "projects" to stop Trump getting elected in 2016 and re-elected in 2020.

This week, President Trump invited Sam Altman to attend a White House press briefing alongside Larry Ellison, and Masayoshi Son where they announced a $500 billion dollar AI investment deal.

Elon Musk was one of the first people to publicly attack the new investment deal, claiming "They don't actually have the money." This drew broader criticism of Sam Altman and his new-found place in Trump's White House.

Like many of the newly pro-Trump tech oligarchs, Sam Altman has been a progressive leftist for his entire adult life. And likely still is. Here are some old posts from Altman so you can get an idea.

Altman wasn't just a Democrat supporter, he was actively working on and funding "projects" to stop Trump getting elected in 2016 and re-elected in 2020. He also funded Axios, a far-left media group, through his company, OpenAI.

Sam Altman has recently been implicated in the murder of OpenAI whistleblower Suchir Balaji. He has also been accused of allegedly sexually abusing his younger sister.

Responding to the backlash from his resurfaced posts about Trump, Altman wrote, "Watching POTUS more carefully recently has really changed my perspective on him (I wish I had done more of my own thinking and definitely fell in the npc trap)."

Thankfully, the right wing (including Elon) have rejected Altman, but it's not certain whether Trump will change his mind.

The Altman situation highlights a broader problem in the right-wing movement, and that is its readiness to accept anyone and everyone. Trans influencers, Zionists, gays, 'defected' liberals, reformed whores, Indians, and so on.

Not only does the right welcome them, they also elevate them to positions of power and influence. The recent tech oligarchs are a prime example of this behavior. David Sachs, Sam Altman, Mark Zuckerberg, and the guys from the All In podcast.

Just a couple of months ago, these tech bros were donating to the Democrat party, parroting Democrat talking points, and engaging in censorship. Now they are all-in on Trump?

The same can be said about Ben Shapiro. He was a Never Trumper and a vaccine pusher. Now he is at the White House celebrating with the "God King" and asking for money from his Christian audience.

You've got Dave Rubin renting out wombs and paying for children so he and his husband can play house. Vivek Ramaswamy, pretending to believe in God and trying to backdoor millions of Indians into America.

Why does the right elevate freaks who have defected from the left or share wildly different perspectives? Just because a gay guy agrees with you on censorship doesn't mean you should team up with him and listen to his opinions.

It's time to reject these people and remove them from the conversation. It is not helpful nor wise to listen to a gay guy who dates men. Or a Zionist vaccine pusher. Or a transgender athlete.
