If parents dare to question their child’s “transition” or refuse to comply, they’re branded “transphobic” and reported to the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS). The result? Parents risk losing custody of their own children.
“I like to be very upfront because we're mandated reporters, we're mandated to call ACS. We don’t contact the parents. We call the state central registry with ACS,” Nadia said. “They decide whether or not there is a case of abuse or neglect and they’ll follow up with biological family.”
“Homophobia, transphobia – all of that is recognized as a legitimate form of abuse or neglect in New York state. But sometimes we have to do some advocacy with [Administration for Children’s Services] around that... with Children’s Protective Services. They would do something called a ‘Family Crisis Contract.’”
Secret Facilities Hiding Your Kids
It gets worse.
Nadia admitted that runaway kids, especially minors, are whisked away to confidential housing sites where parents can’t find them.
These secret facilities are where children are groomed for “gender-affirming care” at breakneck speed, with no parental oversight.
“Folks, especially those who are minors, generally will get placed into our housing sites quicker because we prioritize minors. All of those housing sites are confidential locations,” Nadia continued. “The locations are private. We’ll never force somebody to have contact with parents.
“The medical part can happen relatively swiftly.”
CPS Complicity: “Kids Can Choose at 16”
Sage Ops confirmed this horrifying reality with Maria Mendoza, a licensed clinical social worker at the Office of Children and Family Services, who revealed how CPS workers actively help kids bypass their parents to “transition.”
“They’ll investigate it,” Mendoza said of CPS workers. “A 16-year-old child can get the care she wants – absolutely. She’s 16 so she’s allowed to make her own choices.”
The CPS worker can navigate the child through the process, Mendoza explained. "They'll investigate it."
Free Surgeries—But Only If Parents Are Cut Out
The plot thickens at the Institute for Family Health, a partner of the Ali Forney Center, where Lindarey Gonzalez, the associate regional director, admitted they provide “gender-affirming care” for free to kids who apply without parental consent.
“The child can come by themselves. Since it involves those types of services, they don’t have to inform the parent. If they’re coming for a regular physical, technically, they do have to bring their parents because they’re billed under their parents’ insurance,” Gonzalez said. “If they don’t want to use their parents’ insurance, we have other resources for them.”
Jonathan Ramos, Chief Program Officer at Care for the Homeless, an organization that works with Ali Forney Center and the Institute for Family Health to provide gender-affirming care for minors without parental consent, assured children can pay for the procedures to transition through government programs like Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program.
"In New York state, we can start care without the parental consent," Ramos affirmed, noting the minor is "eligible for Medicaid, CHIP" and "start the process."
Your Tax Dollars Fund This Nightmare
Since 2020, this child-abusing network has pocketed over $180 million from the Department of Health and Human Services, with nearly $10 million awarded in 2025 alone. Add to that $150 million in Medicaid reimbursements, and it’s clear: Your hard-earned money is bankrolling this assault on our children.
President Trump’s executive orders, signed in January 2025, aim to defund these dangerous treatments for anyone under 19, threatening to pull federal dollars from institutions that mutilate kids.
Some hospitals, like NYU Langone and Children’s National, have already suspended “gender-affirming care” for minors to avoid losing funds. But these nonprofits are digging in, terrified of losing their cash cow.
“The biggest risk we could face is if the Trump administration decides to withhold the federal piece of Medicaid dollars,” Gonzalez admitted, name-dropping Elon Musk, tasked with cutting federal waste and publicly opposing gender-transition procedures for minors.
