President Donald Trump is calling for the culprits responsible for operating Joe Biden’s autopen, which signed the bulk, if not all, of the ailing Democrat’s pardons and executive orders, to be jailed for “almost destroying our country.”
In a blistering Truth Social post on Sunday, Trump warned that the Democrats will no longer be able to win elections without straw donors like ActBlue, the Democratic Party’s main fundraising platform and foreign contributions.
“Hopefully ACTBLUE, the Democrats' ILLEGAL SCAM used to raise money, including from not allowed ‘foreign contributions,’ is being looked at by authorities. The Dems only know how to win by CHEATING, something which they do better than any group or party in history. But now, with their terrible policies and candidates, and with people like Crooked Adam Schiff, who demanded a full Pardon from Sleepy Joe, leading the way, it is almost impossible to reach their money goals."

The president then called for jail time for the shadowy figure behind the autopen that signed Biden's pardons, including one for the loathsome Rep. Adam Schiff, while Sleepy Joe was clueless.
"The USA is wise to these scoundrels and crooks," Trump continued. "Also, why did the Auto Pen give Schiff a Pardon? Biden knew nothing about it. Who operated the Auto Pen? That is the biggest question being asked in D.C. They almost destroyed our Country. They should all be in jail!!!

In March, a political firestorm ignited when former President Donald Trump accused the Biden administration of using an autopen to sign critical documents, including pardons and executive orders, casting doubt on their legal validity and raising questions about who wielded executive power during Joe Biden’s presidency.

The allegations have fueled a contentious debate over transparency, constitutional authority, and Biden’s mental fitness during his final months in office.
On March 6, the Oversight Project, an arm of the conservative Heritage Foundation, released a report claiming that an analysis of thousands of documents bearing Biden’s signature revealed near-universal use of an autopen—a mechanical device that replicates a person’s signature.
The group asserted that “all used the same autopen signature” except for Biden’s July 2024 announcement withdrawing from the presidential race, suggesting that unelected aides may have controlled the device without Biden’s direct authorization.
“Whoever controlled the autopen controlled the presidency,” the Oversight Project declared on X.

The group highlighted that on December 30, 2022, six pardons were signed via autopen while Biden was vacationing in St. Croix, raising concerns about whether he personally approved them.

The modern autopen—a mechanical device that replicates a signature using a programmed arm and real pen—emerged in the 1940s.
Developed by Robert De Shazo Jr. during World War II, the autopen gained traction in government after its commercial production began in 1942.
Harry Truman was the first president to use it in the early 1950s, primarily for signing correspondence.
John F. Kennedy also reportedly used it frequently for similar purposes.
The first documented use of an autopen for signing legislation came under Barack Obama in 2011, when he authorized its use to sign an extension of the Patriot Act while in France, marking a significant milestone as no prior president had used it for such a high-stakes document.
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, a Trump ally, demanded a Justice Department investigation on March 4, alleging that Biden’s “cognitive decline” allowed staff to “exploit” his incapacity and issue orders without his approval.
Trump seized on the report, warning the Biden administration’s use of the mechanical device to sign documents, rather than doing so by hand delegitimizes his acts of clemency.
The president warned Biden’s pardons — particularly those issued on January 19, 2025, for members of the House Select Committee investigating the January 6 Capitol riot, Dr. Anthony Fauci, General Mark Milley, and Biden’s son Hunter — were “VOID, VACANT, AND OF NO FURTHER FORCE OR EFFECT” because they were signed by autopen.
“In other words, Joe Biden did not sign them, but, more importantly, he did not know anything about them!” Trump wrote in a March 17 Truth Social post, alleging Biden was unaware of the pardons while his aides committed crimes by using the device.
“Therefore, those on the Unselect Committee, who destroyed and deleted ALL evidence obtained during their two-year Witch Hunt of me, and many other innocent people, should fully understand that they are subject to investigation at the highest level,” the commander-in-chief continued. “The fact is, they were probably responsible for the Documents that were signed on their behalf without the knowledge or consent of the Worst President in the History of our Country, Crooked Joe Biden!”

The Oversight Project points to Neera Tanden, who served as White House Staff Secretary during part of Biden’s term, as a figure potentially involved in overseeing autopen use.
The group noted that Tanden held this role when pardons were signed from St. Croix.

Tanden, previously a vocal advocate for Hillary Clinton and a critic of both Republicans and progressive Democrats like Sen. Bernie Sanders, as revealed in leaked Podesta emails from WikiLeaks, did not publicly respond to the accusation.
She joined Biden’s staff after withdrawing her nomination as OMB Director in 2021.

The autopen scandal caps a presidency marred by Biden’s public struggles, cementing his legacy as a leader plagued by physical and mental frailty.
From tumbling off his bike in Delaware to repeatedly stumbling up the steps of Air Force One, Biden’s physical mishaps became fodder for critics.
Reports of incontinence during high-stakes meetings with world leaders, reliance on notecards for basic remarks, and incoherent ramblings only deepened doubts about his fitness.
His aimless wandering off stages, likened to a lost soul in The Twilight Zone, left audiences bewildered.
The June 2024 debate against Trump, where Biden froze and fumbled, was the final nail, forcing his July exit from the race.
With aides like Neera Tanden allegedly steering the autopen, it’s anyone’s guess who was running the White House while Biden was busy soiling himself and tripping over his own legacy.
