Trump’s Deportation of MS-13 Gangster Sparks Democrat Impeachment Fury

Thanedar’s big plan to save democracy? Impeach Trump for kicking out a violent gangster. Because nothing screams “tyranny” like protecting Americans.

Here we go again: the Democrats, in their endless, frothing hatred for Donald Trump, have launched yet another impeachment crusade against the man they can’t stop despising—no matter what he does.

It’s almost comical how these lawbreaking communists, who seem to loathe America and its values, cling to impeachment as their go-to modus operandi.

On Monday, Rep. Shri Thanedar, D-MI, fresh-off an undeserved congressional vacation, filed seven articles of impeachment against President Trump.

The Michigan Democrat accused Trump of everything from abuse of power to outright tyranny.

The spark for this latest impeachment push? Trump’s deportation of Kilmar Garcia, an alleged MS-13 gangster and wife-beater, which Thanedar claims defied a unanimous 9-0 Supreme Court ruling.

Thanedar, who coincidentally picked up a second primary challenger the same day, didn’t hold back in his statement.

“Trump is unfit to serve as President and represents a clear and present danger to our nation’s constitution and our democracy,” he declared, adding, “We cannot wait for more damage to be done. Congress must act.”

WATCH:

The Michigan Democrat’s laundry list of charges against Trump includes obstruction of justice, abuse of power, usurpation of power, bribery, corruption, and tyrannical overreach, zeroing in on Trump’s consolidation of power and personal finances.

The Michigan Democrat laid out his grievances in detail.

“From denying due process to unlawful deportations, Trump defied court orders,” Thanedar said on the obstruction charge.

On Congress’s power of the purse, he claimed, “Trump dismantled agencies and froze funds without permission from Congress.”

He also accused Trump of abusing trade powers: “He imposed damaging tariffs and threatened military invasions of our allies,” and violating the First Amendment: “He has retaliated against journalists, attorneys, and critics for exercising their right to free speech.”

Thanedar further alleged Trump created an “unlawful” Department of Government Efficiency, giving Elon Musk “unconstitutional power over our government and personal data.”

On bribery, he said, “He has dismissed criminal cases and solicited payments from foreign governments and coerced legal settlements for personal and political gain.”

Finally, on tyranny, Thanedar warned, “He is attempting to consolidate unchecked power and erode the constitutional limits of the presidency. In this country, we have presidents, not kings.”

“That’s not just misconduct, it’s impeachable misconduct. This isn’t leadership, it’s tyranny,” Thanedar insisted. “Trump has already done real damage to our democracy. But defying a unanimous 9-0 Supreme Court ruling? That has to be the final straw. The court said the wrongfully deported Kilmar Garcia must be allowed to return and receive due process. Trump ignored it. He ignored the Constitution, he ignored the very checks and balances that keep our democracy intact.”

He urged his colleagues to act.

“If we let this [Trump’s actions] stand, we are saying the President is above the law. I won’t be silent, and I’m calling on all my colleagues to stand with me. Enough is enough. Donald Trump must be impeached.”

But this impeachment stunt is dead on arrival. With Republicans controlling both the House and Senate, Thanedar’s measures have no chance of advancing.

He could theoretically force a vote, but he hasn’t committed to doing so.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) seemed less than enthusiastic, saying, “I haven’t evaluated the articles. I haven’t even had an opportunity to talk with him about it.”

This isn’t the first impeachment threat from the unhinged left this year.

Rep. Al Green, D-TX, who was censured last month for disrupting Trump’s speech to Congress, announced his impeachment plans in February after Trump floated redeveloping the Gaza Strip.

“I rise today to announce the movement to impeach the President has begun!” Green shouted. “I rise today to announce I will bring articles of impeachment against the president for dastardly deeds proposed and dastardly deeds done!”

Meanwhile, Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn, reportedly floated impeaching Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard over the so-called Signalgate.

The White House isn't taking Thanedar seriously.

Communications Director Steven Cheung responded with a Conor McGregor GIF, captioned, “Who the Fook is that guy???”

A White House spokesperson did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
