EVERY SINGLE TIME: Washington Post Cartoonist Has Been Arrested For Child Pornography

A cartoonist who works for the Washington Post was arrested yesterday in the Sacramento Valley for the possession of child sex abuse material.

Darrin Bell, who is black and Jewish, and a well-known cartoonist, has been featured in several prominent publications. In 2019, Bell was given the Pulitzer Prize for Editorial Cartooning.

Detectives conducted an investigation into Bell after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children relating to someone uploading child pornography.

The Detectives managed to trace the files back to an account owned and controlled by 49-year-old Darrin Bell. On January 15, law enforcement served a search warrant at Bell's home, and on finding more child abuse material, they arrested Bell. His bail is currently set at $1 million.

Darrin Bell's political leanings are progressive, and he has been described as "rabidly anti-Trump." Some of his cartoons compare Trump supporters to Nazis and depict Trump as a predator.

Here Bell is comparing a Nazi slogan "Jugendverderber" which translates to "corrupter of the youth" to the term "groomer" which conservatives use to describe trans people and gays.

The irony is that most of the critics of MAGA turn out to have very dark personal lives, as is the case with Darrin Bell. It simply reaffirms the beliefs of conservatives.

This month has been nothing but sexual abuse allegation after sexual abuse allegation – it's very strange.

First it was the revelations about the Pakistani rape gangs, then former UK MP Ivor Caplin caught trying to meet with an underage boy, then allegations against OpenAI CEO Sam Altman by his sister, and finally the sexual abuse allegations about author Neil Gaiman. Interestingly, all of these men share one common thing.
